The Joint Needs Assessment Committee (JNAC) was formed in September 2009 and has been meeting regularly to consider and review the ministry and mission of Dublin Street United Church, as well as our relationship with the community we serve.  Our task was to see how these affect the ministry personnel needs.  A Survey of the congregation was undertaken as part of our work.  Our task is finished, and you may review the report HERE.
